We cross-reference every employer against Companies House — the UK's official company register. This tells us how long they've been trading, what sector they're in, and gives us the foundation for the Employer Score.

Each job gets two scores out of 10. The Match Score reflects how closely the role fits a typical candidate profile for that job type. The Employer Score reflects company quality signals — stability, size, sector, and more. Neither score is a guess — both are calculated from real data.
